Lead Pastor: Sandy Adams Jr.
Sandy has been the pastor of CCC since August of 2019. Both he and his wife, Michelle, are graduates of Welch College in Nashville, Tennessee. Sandy also holds graduate degrees from Tennessee State University and Palmer Theological Seminary in Philadelphia. Pastor Sandy has served churches in his home state of Kentucky as well as Tennessee, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Michelle serves in the church's worship music ministry and works in finance. Sandy and Michelle live in Clarksburg with their son who attends Delta High School. Ministry Coordinator: Tiffani Taylor
Tiffani has been serving on staff at CCC since 2020. She is a graduate of Linfield College with a B.A. in Elementary Education and a Masters in Education from Pepperdine University. A former elementary school teacher, Tiffani is committed to reaching and supporting children and families in the community. She and her husband Matt live in West Sacramento and have three children with two in college and one in high school. Director of Student Ministries: Austin Hill 
As our new student ministries director, Austin will engage with middle school, high school, and college-age students through fostering spiritual mentorship and building community. He will continue creating a safe and welcoming environment where all students can grow in their faith and connect with one another. Austin, his wife Becca and their three children live in Clarksburg and have deep roots in the Delta. Email austin@clarksburgcc.org to learn more about our student ministries. 

Business Administrator: Aundriea Montzingo
Aundriea is a graduate of Delta High School and Oregon State University, and is responsible for the financial administration of the church. Church Pianist: Dr. Lin Lao
A classically trained pianist with a PhD in piano performance from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro, Lin is the lead accompanist for our choirs and plays with the worship bands as well. She is in high demand as a teacher and gives private lessons in Clarksburg and Folsom. Lin and her husband Edmund live in West Sacramento and have one daughter.
